Shayne Oliver Unveils Anonymous Club Couture Collection
Spearheaded by Shayne Oliver, Anonymous Club is a creative collective in the sphere of music, performance art and fashion, the club hosted a live performance on July 16th, at Brooklyn’s Avant Gardner and presented its debut ‘Club Couture’ collection.
In an interview with Vogue about the collection Oliver expands on the motivation for creating Anonymous Club and says “I was just trying to come in as a teacher. Anonymous Club is about kids being able to look at my archive and build based on what I’ve done. ”Further he adds, “My archive is what the kids dig through, and using that and the factories and capabilities that I have just allows them to spread their wings, they can do their thing, and Oliver can do his.”
The Anonymous Club collection, will be available on a Shayne Oliver website that is still in development.
